Objective: This Santa Rosa administrative management program is designed to prepare graduates for careers that require a high degree of initiative and offer opportunities for advancement. Through administrative management training, the graduate will be equipped with skills to fill entry-level management positions in project management, office management, administrative management, guest service management, or entrepreneurship in a variety of career fields, as well as administrative specialist/assistant or administrative support positions.
Skills attained in this program include advanced computer applications, desktop publishing, graphics and presentations, in addition to other professional and technical skills necessary to function effectively in today's business world. Training prepares students for certification as Microsoft Office Specialists in Word and Excel, as well as the National Bookkeepers Association certification in payroll. Empire College focuses on marketable skills.
