Empire College's Guest Services Specialist program can prepare students in administrative responsibilities ranging from computer and communications to guest services, sales, marketing, wine and hospitality skills, and more.

Objective: Students focus on executive office skills combined with a solid general education that can help expand their potential for assumption of supervisory or management responsibility within an organization. Our multi-disciplined Guest Services Specialist program also concentrates on human resources, event planning, customer relationship management, decision making, and a variety of administrative office skills and knowledge.

Courses prepare students for 8 certificates from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, culminating in certification as a Guest Service Professional and a specialization in Hospitality Sales and Marketing.
