Dana Furby, Attorney at Law and Data Evidence Consultant - Born and raised in Marin County, Ms. Furby has lived most of her adult life in the North Bay Area. Her first career was in high-tech publishing. Through that experience as a face-to-face sales and marketing professional, Ms. Furby gained a keen understanding of people – how to listen, how to learn what another person values most dearly, and how to give a person information in a way that he or she can use to make important decisions. She believes that skill, more than anything else, is what makes her a superior criminal defense attorney today.
Ms. Furby’s law career started in 2005 when she enrolled at Empire School of Law. Four years later, she graduated cum laude having established herself in the North Bay legal community through clerkships and volunteer work. She worked at the Sonoma County Public Defender’s office, first as a law clerk and later as an attorney. Since 2010, she has run her own criminal defense law practice and data evidence consulting business.
