R. Ryan Wilber, Attorney at Law - R. Ryan Wilber is a long-time Sonoma County resident, having attended Cardinal Newman High School and Santa Rosa Junior College. He graduated in 2005 with majors in Criminal Justice and Political Science. While attending Empire School of Law, Mr. Wilber worked full-time in the commercial lending industry and was a law clerk for several well-known criminal defense and civil litigators. He also spent a considerable amount of time as a law clerk for the Mendocino County Public Defender’s Office.
After working as an attorney for several local practitioners, Mr. Wilber has recently opened a successful boutique criminal, personal injury, and family law practice with his wife, Rachel Wilber, an Empire graduate and former Felony Trial Deputy with the Sonoma County Public Defender’s Office. In the short time Mr. Wilber has been practicing law, he has successfully litigated issues involving the division of high-dollar assets in dissolution of marriage matters, computer forensic analysis and investigation in computer crimes, medical cannabis defense, and law enforcement use of force cases.
