Join us as the Sonoma County Bar Association presents a Summer MCLE Blitz in honor of Empire College's 50th anniversary Golden Jubilee "All-School Reunion" on Saturday, August 27 at the Empire College campus.

Legal Ethics in the Transactional World - presented by Ron Wargo, Friedemann Goldberg, LLP. MCLE Credit: 1.0 Unit of Ethics Credit. (Check-in at 11:15 a.m.; 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. presentation)
- Ethical issues facing business and estate planning law practitioners
- Client identification, conflicts of interest, proper (and improper) waivers, client communication.
The cost to SCBA member attorneys is $20 for either seminar (the second is at no charge). Seminars are free of charge to current Empire College students.
