Empire College takes pride in the high standards we must achieve to maintain accreditation and offer students a high-quality education.


Empire College School of Business is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, a national accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.


Empire College operates programs approved by the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs; the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service; and the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, California State Department of Consumer Affairs.


Empire College's programs are approved for the training of veterans and eligible persons. In addition, Empire College works with rehabilitation specialists and injured workers to customize programs under California's Workers Compensation training voucher system, as well as laid-off workers entitled to benefits under the Trade Adjustment Act.
